These numbers don't add up. How could she only sell 5,620 tickets in a venue with a capacity of over 15K and still be 100% sold out? Thats only a third of the arena

Allphones Arena can't hold more than 14,000. Gaga performed 4 sold out shows for 13,5k each during the BTWBT there.

It's simple: because Australians are more likely to buy concert tickets than Latin America. Regardless of how many copies she sold where.
She's not just ignoring LA for no reason. Live Nation obviously thought she would be more lucrative in Australia, even though ARTPOP flopped there.

Billboard counted the $1,166 packages from that show, so perhaps we will get APZ prices included on the international box scores. That, along with Billboard's different counting, should push each show above $1M I'd say.
And before you Americans drag us Australians fans, I'd just like to point out the EXTREME difference in ticket pricing down here. We payed US$155 to be on the floor, didn't you guys pay like $80? Our cheapest tickets were still above $100, whereas I'm pretty sure she had $35 tickets in North America. Talk about comparing apples and oranges.
