But to be fair that is kind of vague.
You cannot compare England's culture to that of an Eastern European post-soviet country for example.
Also if we look into history we can see that religion was vastly spreaded between West, East and North Europe.
So yes ofcourse Europe as a whole has a shared culture with artists, scientists and architects traveling across the continent (tho mainly in West Europe) and bringing their way to other countries but to say there is one destinctive European culture is false.
