I'm not 100% sure, but from what I read the meet and greets go like this:
You spend thirty minutes to an hour talking to and with Gaga as a group. Then after that everyone lines up for their individual pictures and that's when you have "solo" time with her. This only lasts for a minute or two because they have to hurry so everyone can get their pictures without having to wait a long time.
I hope we reach 60-65k by the show date.

I have a question for people that usually stand at concerts, I've been to quite a few concerts but never stood, and this is my first time. I plan on getting there around 3:45-4:15 because of school, and I really want to stand around this area:
where all those hands are so she'll be right in front of me for Venus etc. It's also a sold out show, the show I heard starts around 8:30? So what are my chances guys?
I think it'll depend on the size of the crowd when you get there, but usually people run for the front of the stage or hang around the ARTPOP Zone, so where you want to stand there shouldn't be many since it'll be the middle of the floor and people may not have strategically thought out a spot.

Even without the catwalk, the stage will be 50 meters wide, 31 meters deep and 21 meters tall and still have a huge ceiling (all this gives more or less the size of a 7 storey building).
