MY RATING:
So, it just finished premiering here on the west coast of the US, and it was incredible. It is weird to see how we kept wondering why she was so distant in interviews, or why she is 'half there' but this documentary she DEFINITELY chose to make to say her peace with the past, and to really, never have to talk about it for a VERY long time.
Ya, she didn't give us an IN-DEPTH reason as to why her life was 'crazy', but she doesn't have too. It's Britney, bitch and she can do as she wants. I think she gave us enough of a reason without being TOO specific. Sam Lutfi was who she was MOST LIKELY reffering to when she kept saying 'I let bad people into my life, that took over and took advantage of me', but as for her shaving her head and that 'many people shave their head' I was a bit puzzled. Not many people do that I know of.
Besides the point, the documentary was extremely touching, and was 10x better than what I had my mind set, going into it. She showed us the old spark she once had.
I still think she needs to fire her choreographer for giving her such awful performance choreography, but thats besides the point.
I LOVED this documentary, and still LOVE my Britney Spears.
Now, more than ever, I am SO happy to go out and buy her CD on Tuesday!
VIVA LA BRITNEY SPEARS!!
