You will still be able to play it you may have to play on low settings, but you can still play.

If you want to order a new processor, you can get a good enough one for ~$100 and your current one will hold you over until you get your new one.

3 GB. But if I'll be able to play it I don't mind I could play the demo in 1280x960 and it was pretty fast, I even made the settings to Very High.

I think the essential thing is to have 2 cores and 2 GHz. Do you have dedicated graphics card?
