The Germanotta "fanbase" also try it with Katy Perry stans. The endless comparisons that draw ire from the rest of the forum towards Germanotta in this context is valid and the Germanotta "fanbase" bring it all on themselves.

Not that there is no truth to what you're saying, but that applies to about any thread title. Almost every thread title is an exaggeration of the actual content. People are so quick to use the word "shade" when an artist talks about another, it's like they've never seen light.

Except people there are some users who comment in almost every thread related to Gaga just to say something against her. Some people make death jokes about her and her fans. People make flame bait threads to bash/discredit her here daily. So yes, it is very avoidable.
And newsflash: every single fan base makes pointless threads about their fave, it's pretty clear. When there's new candids of a celeb, there will be a thread about it on here. "Britney look 12 leaving Starbucks" "Katy slaying" etc. They make threads with exaggerated titles, and they clearly aren't meant to be taken seriously. It's just the people who hate on Gaga who are annoyed by the Gaga ones and feel the need to go bash her in them.

No, I'm saying that in many cases she instigates the hate she gets. It being acceptable goes into a grey area. What's too far? Is it acceptable even if she wants it?
My opinion is, yes she does have dedicated haters but I also believe she wants them.
I have never supported those comments that are violent, suicide or anything that crosses the line. It is absolutely unacceptable to make comments like that to anyone but in a general sense, I believe the reason she has the most dedicated haters is because she plays on it. She does things that will stir up that negative attention.

You're inventing something that's not there. In reference to me, AGAIN i used those articles for ATRL and uploaded them as I replied to threads. 90 percent of the pics etc were Madonna related.
Also allow me to remind you that you guys went through that photo bucket, tried to find evidence of my identity while also complaining in HQ about it. - Speaking of dedicated haters.

I agree that there's a lot of things she does that are polarizing and expecting of hate. But there are so many people that literally obsess over hating her, find any reason they can to bash her, and say things that are absolutely pathetic/disgusting. People have created and paid for websites to mock her, flock to every news article to comment on, bash everything she does, etc, and it's kind of ridiculous.

The only singer who gets read more by her own fan group is Britney
