Once the game is activated through Origin, it's always in your account

And they have to because The Sims 3 was one of the most pirated games of all time. If games don't leak, people tend to buy them on Steam/Origin so they can get them straight away.

Can someone help me please?

I failed to understand how the world is going to work (I understand the whole mini-worlds part)
Is it going to be like S1 and S2 where you had one or two worlds and you could play whtatever family you wanted, and you could actually move out a famly member to a different lot and actually be able to play them afterwards?
Or is it like the sims 3 that every time you created a new family it was in a different game and the different families couldn't interact with each other? (technically you could but it was messy)

But you can also save while Sims are in different locations, and the choose which sim you want to start with

You can do both. You can have multiple games saved if you want and change between multiple families in one game.

Playing TS2-style is possible now as well because you can turn off aging for everyone but your current household.

The Sims games have always had a sordid history with piracy. The thing that developers don't get though, is that 80% the people pirating the game were never going to buy it anyways. But keeping it off this long is amazing and good for the people who are in the dark on the game.

So I decided to play my other legacy challenge last night - the ABC one that I had barely started, just because I wanted Alora to at least get a career and a guy before I went back to Trevor.

Like I said, it was much easier finding a man whose name started with A than it was for Trevor to find a woman with blonde hair. Alora simply got married to a college student named Andrew McGaw (now Andrew Tisdale). He's also black which means my ABC legacy is going to be biracial and I'm excited . He brought $13,000 to the house which meant I could make a decent bedroom and house for Alora now. They have yet to get a baby, but we know it will start with B. Anyways, I really just wanted to make sure Alora had a proper house to live in and a man before I switched back to Trevor. This is why I wanted two legacies at once so that I could switch back and forth if I wanted to and not get bored.

But knowing how ATRL loves to be trinity like, I might just make a third legacy house in Santa Carla. Maybe a "Ginger" themed one for the redheads

Honestly, I don't mind DRMs as long as it doesn't involve being online all the time to play an offline game or absurd stuff like that.

So basically you get a loading screen to leave your lot, and then you can visit any lot, but you get a loading screen to go back.

You don't get a loading screen to visit every single lot in your world.

Yeah, but also there are a percentage of people who will do whatever comes first.
If buying the game is quicker, they will buy it. If *******ing the game is quicker, they'll ******* it.

But game piracy has actually gone down since Steam has popularised.
The all-time pirated game list hasn't changed much since 2011.
