Is Artist 100 calculated differently, or have they changed the formula again?

"Swift soars to No. 1...with digital song sales the biggest driver (67 percent) of her total weekly activity. Leading the way: 544,000 downloads sold for "Shake"...Streaming (17 percent) accounts for the second-biggest slice of Swift's Artist 100 points, as "Shake" blasts onto Streaming Songs at No. 2 with 18.4 million first-week...8 percent, radio airplay follows, with "Shake" catapulting 45-9 on Radio Songs with a 139 percent increase to 71 million all-format audience impressions."
Based on the formula that's been going along:
Radio 94 points
Streaming 368 points
Sales 544 points
But that article has Radio with about half of Streaming's points. Which would almost make sense if it's actually
Radio 94 points
Streaming 184 points
And it has sales as having 2.68 the amount of points as the other 2 combined. But...Shake it Off does not have 745k in sales.
So...hmm.
I mean, I guess she would have some points from other songs, but not enough to make it this weird.
Then again, if you use Meghan's #s this week vs. last week with the formula I think has existed, I would see a 29% increase in chart points, and Billboard says 28%. Which is small enough of a difference that it can be chalked up to rounding errors.
