They do. There's no discount limit. Gaga benefited from that in the UK, too:

The thing is, Beyoncé's performance remains the only good thing about the VMAs this year.

Taylor was king of ok, but her vocals was bad and it was as cheesy as it gets.

Nicki did fine, but the whole opening seemed incredibly rushed and it was a mess altogether.

Rihanna looked good, but Iggy's horrible live voice ruined everything and Usher was meh

By all means, put it on Beyoncé, anyone that actually managed to sing perfectly. Y'all really just want her to fail so bad and she slaps you in the face each time.
