It goes from east to west (4 hour difference)
Example: Regular rising star show time
East 9pm
Central 8pm
Mountain 7pm
Theoretically the west should be at 6pm but they wait until 7 for "primetime"
VMAs ends at 11pm east, 8pm west
So if they're pushing back rising star BUT showing the west at the same time instead of an hour late it would be
East 11pm
Central 10pm
Mountain 9pm
West 8pm
I hope this isn't too confusing
But I don't think they're pushing rising star back because of other programs so I really don't know how she's gonna be in two places at once
