Yeah. And we've been through this million of times already and it's still not getting old. DWUW would have been a real and true smash with that video.
I just saw the Anaconda video. And it just boosted the song to #6(even tho the song is terrible). DWUW was not that sexual. The only sexual scene was the one her laying on the floor......

Anaconda is the latest example of how a really bad song (I love the original one) can be big if the video is, how do I say this - drawing attention(?). DWUW is a great pop/rnb song and with a video that, as you say, was not that sexual but still pretty headlines grabbing, it would most probably peak inside top 5. It really is a shame. Oh, well.
I try not to think about DWUW video coz it makes me sad and mad but yeah, it could've been Applause sized hit with a few more promo spots and that kinda viral mv

Applause siezd hit? DWUW has sold more than Applause in Europe and 1.3M in USA wthout even a video. Imagine what a controversial MV could have done.
Is anyone else hoping the new perfume commercial is gonna have Gypsy in it, slightly similar to how FAME had scheisse in it
It'd work so well seeing as the tag line is "For the adventurous woman and the man who loves her"
I doubt it will have anything from ARTPOP, would be quite confusing with the Jazz album, so maybe a song from there? Or in the end it will just be music....then they should use the Sexxx Dreams instrumental.

Does that mean the space performance will promote the second jazz album or, at least, something jazz-related ? Or will she perform an old single and not promote anything new?
There are so many things that are happening that I'm really confused right now and with everything Tony's said, it seems like we're not getting anything pop-related until late 2015/ early 2016.
Except if gaga releases her new solo album at the same time and she'll promote both, which would be kinda weird
I'm about to freak out tbh. I was here for C2C and a little tour here and there in spring 15 but I need a POP single in space!!! smh

Yeah.....Anaconda is a trash song and video imo buuuuuut the video is viral just like Wrecking Ball was. But I could have seen the press saying she was trying to do a Miley with Terry etc. so who knows.
Is this song known on here? This is a big swiss band and the song was a hit here (just heard it again on the radio lol)
From their description "I Love Lady Gaga" is the brand new single in Italy by Swiss family band 77 Bombay Street. The band wrote the song after a meeting with some people coming from the recording industry. They didn't like the lyrics of the band, so they simply chose to sing the names of the most important musicians of our time. Michael Jackson, Lady Gaga, Beatles... Matt, Joe, Esra and Simri - Ramon love beautiful girls and love music..."
Not them comparing her to MJ and the Beatles. Maybe we should start calling her the female Beatle
