She was flat during the chorus. Carrie doesn't need to be twangy when she starts belting high notes; when she does you barely hear her.

She always sounds like this when she hasn't been singing for a long time tho. I wouldn't worry about it.

Carrie, herself, said that her vocals are at their best when she's on tour. She almost sings everyday.

Just look at her first performances during the Blown Away Era and compare them to the last ones. You can hear the difference.
