It's better to wait anyways. Instead of doing all the promotion months prior and do NONE after the release, for example Mariah....Usher....Madonna....etc. It's smart.
She's doing a concert the day of release. She even recorded a commercial for it. The promotion is decent. I doubt she wants to to put her mental and physical health in risk because of 100,000 copies sold.
