It might have been when it was released but it wouldn't be the most watched music video today... Gangnam style has 2 billion views and Baby by Bieber passed a billion too. Pity they deleted Single Ladies because the next few most viewed music videos are all in the 700k range (On the Floor, Love the Way You Lie, Party Rock Album, Waka Waka etc), she probably would have been somewhere in that range.
