Okay after watching the video I think it's him, but like you said it's just a part of their smear campaign. The officer will get off and this whole thing will be swept under the rug because ultimately it comes down to Brown being the stereotypical "young, black thug". No matter what way the police and the media try to spin it, it doesn't justify him being killed.
