ALLEGEDLY Mike Brown committed a strong armed robbery prior to being killed. Because he was a suspect in the "robbery" this was probable cause for the officer to try to seize him. A strong-arm robbery is a felony and in the state of MO the law can use deadly force to obtain a "fleeing" suspect

STILL doesn't change the fact that he was surrendering and "Darren Wilson" still continued to unload his clip in him. And why is there no record of this officer being on the Ferguson Police Force?

Because apparently that obviously wasn't him. Apparently the guy who robbed the store was much thinner with different clothes and when they found Brown he had no cigarellos on him. regardless they're worth 99cents... like bye.

Basically, they're starting a Mike Brown smear campaign to appear justified in the situation. They'll probably say/do anything to get away with it.

This Ferguson situation is SO messy and ****ed up and I honestly can't keep up. I was fully up-to-speed yesterday, but I woke up earlier today and SO much has happened.

What I DO know is that the FPD is a mess and it's glaringly obvious that they're trying to cover up their tracks and the racist who murdered Mike Brown. I'm just so scared that they're going to get away with it.

If Mike Brown really did rob a convenience store right before his murder it will complicate things, but it still doesn't justify him being shot 10 times, unarmed.

And if that is him how is it possible that the alleged robbery occurred at 11:51, he went home dropped the boxes of cigarellos off, had an altercation with the officers in the vehicle, and was dead by 12:01? That's a lot of **** happening in a span of 11 min.

And if the time stamps are right, which don't match the police report, that's even less time because doesn't the time stamps say 11:55?
