This is really heartbreaking. Parkinson's is a very tough disease to deal with, and I totally understand how truly awful Robin must've been feeling. It's a tragedy that he didn't feel the love that people had for him.
Btw, I was watching an episode of the Weakest Link on Youtube, and one of the questions in this episode was about Robin - and it was uploaded on the same day he committed suicide. Freaky
Right around 6:50
I mean, the fact he uploaded this episode with that question on the day of his suicide
I dont really understand what Parkinson's disease is .while I go look , can it be horrible enough to cause someone to think about doing this ?
In all honesty, yes. It's a very slow and painful degeneration of motor functions, which can reduce sufferers completely incapable of the simplest tasks. It's pretty bad to experience.
Don't be so quick to judge. Parkinson and depression sometimes co-exist, I don't think he would kill himself just because of PD. He was obviously depressed.
My grandfather was in the early stages of Parkinson's Disease and attempted to kill himself (actually by both hanging and slitting his wrists). It's so sad.
It's all so sad, I remember watching an interview of the late Christopher Reeve and he said after the accident that left him paralysed neck down the first time Robin came to visit him was the first time he laughed after the accident and how it inspired him to live through his condition. It's just so sad that nobody could do the same for Robin at this turbulent stage of his life (not saying that nobody tried)
Oh poor thing, of all things in the world (child, wife, family, friends,...) he did not think about you before taking his own life?! How could he?
Think twice before writing such none sense next time...
Ugh get off your high horse, I'm sure Robin would be honored people cared so much about his work. And btw, I think she/he meant they were excited for Mrs. Doubtfire 2, not that he shouldn't have done it just because of the movie.
