Does anyone know why Taylor didn't do a song for The Giver?
She probably didn't want the focus to be on the music but her acting. Also with her single for her new album being released so soon she didn't want there to be an oversaturation . Taylor is getting just enough publicity from the film going into the release of her single and other information on Monday and then her two scheduled appearances before disappearing until album release in October. That is the right way to do it.
On my country station they advertise her as one of the few country artists to play the Iheart radio music festival then they played fearless!!
But srsly tho they won't ever let her go... They'll keep using her. I mean without taylor there really aren't any other females with hits besides Miranda and Carrie

I see her returning to full blown country sometime later in her career honestly hopefully they welcome her with open arms.
I'm aiming for a top 5 TOP POSTERS OF THE WEEK debut 
then they played fearless!!
