I dont think he's over tbh simply because people said the same about Chris Brown and he managed to maintain his success although the world hated him at one point. It depends on his music though.

Chris Brown was hated because of the Rihanna incident. Bieber's hate spreads far beyond a single event and had been present for years now.

i can give you a few reasons.
- it was released in an untraditional way (one song a week for 10 weeks and then 5 songs together on one day)
- there were no hard copies
- it had no promotion outside of twitter and instagram
- none of the songs were sent to radio as a single

I'm not a Bieber fan, nor do I use his music besides beauty and a beat and swap it out....but you guys over exaggerate how done he is. His fanbase is still big enough to get him along. The GP is not here for him and that will be his downfall but his fanbase alone can get him some decent sales. I see his next album going gold with some proper promotion, but I don't see it reaching platinum though.
