Anyone know yet why "Radar" is one here? Sure its a great song, but that's just sort of weird. I literally can't think of any reason her label would do that... I mean its not even a bonus track, its an album track.

The producers had a contract with Jive that Radar was gonna be a single & when they broke the contract Jive made a deal to put it on her new cd to compensate, k?

It was suppose to be the 4th single off Blackout but it was cancelled since she started recording Circus. So to insure that Bloodyshy & Avant got a deal of the song atleast being released some way they put it as a bonus track on circus cause it wasn't a single of blackout.
All it takes for me to love/dislike a song is 11 seconds. This album is absolutely diverse, fun, vintage, and carefree. I LOVE it.

Well Bloodshy & Avant were told it was gonna be a single and since it wasn't it violated something so to make agreements they put it as a bonus track on Circus. The likeliness of it being released as a single is very unlikely

That makes no sense. It was released previously on, duh, Blackout. Putting it on the next album would not satisfy this deal you speak of.

That makes no sense. It was released previously on, duh, Blackout. Putting it on the next album would not satisfy this deal you speak of.
It was cancelled. I believe Jive sent an official confirmation on June 11, 2008 that there were to be no more singles from Blackout after "break the ice". Releasing a single is like releasing the song twice, first from the album then as a single.
I'll miss it, but just 17 days.
