I don't like how you've bandwagoned on, especially after your respectable Tweets about the song.
It's a fun bop that I actually love and have played 50+ times already, but at the same time, this song is completely juvenile and tacky - and the video looks equally so judging the BTS preview - and is steering Nicki's career into a "worse than Starships" direction.
Of course "worse than Starships" isn't an issue for me, because that song is everything to me, but I'm disappointed in you basically backtracking the months and months you've harked on about her maturing, just because this song is becoming a hit.
Nicki isn't getting her Grammy this year. I'd be very surprised if she's nominated, and I am putting it down to this track alone. Even if this is the 13th track on the album and shoe-horned onto the end of the LP, the "damage" is done. Is this something you should be proud of and celebrating, given everything you've lectured me about the past 2 years?
