I think one of my Sims in the Sims 3 is a lesbian. She keeps going on dates with girls, even though I'm trying to get her to get with this guy.

Yes.

We also have nightclubs. The nightclubs also have a live band.



That's the official concept art.

I imagine if you choose the musician career, you'll be able to perform. You can also become a comedian, and do stand-up comedy in a nightclub as well,

use ADWCleaner and run MalwareBytes, then download the first crack listed on PirateBay when you search 'Sims 4'.
