Mine did pretty good for a lead single. Got her a Top 3 peak, went Top 10 on overall airplay, had decent longevity, & sold enough to be certified.
You could also argue it was the defining hit of the SN era, but I think that's a toss up between Mine & Mean.
Back to December might've gone Top 5 on overall AI but the impact just doesn't feel like it's there. It didn't sell well while it had all that radio exposure.

Sad but true. It only peaked at number 18 when released as single. It would have at least re-entered the top ten if it sold better. Anyway, maybe Back to December was selling albums that time.
Come to think of it, even the Mixtape era had more impact than the SN era. SN had more singles that peaked higher, but the Mixtape had all of its singles go platinum.
I just realised The Lord can only get 2 hits per era.
Debut - 2 country hits (OS, SSN), 2 minor pop hits (TOMG, OS)
Fearless - 2 hits (LS, YBWM)
Speak Now - 2 country hits (SF, Ours), 2 minor pop hits (Mine, BTD)
Red - 2 pop hits (WANEGBT, IKYWT)
