I was just reading that "why the sudden increase in guests lurking on atrl" thread and it made me wonder, why exactly is joining ATRL so exclusive? Why isn't it always open?



Is it to ween out duplicates from recently banned members or something? I feel like the last time joining was open was when I joined in early April. I'm sure there have been so many people who've wanted to join in the past 4 months.
