I'm buying this. 'Madonna: From Origins To The Myth' it was a limited boxset that came out in Greece and Italy. Each week these albums and DVD's were released with a magazine and True Blue was sold with the crate.
So, I was going through my iTunes library last night (after a loooong time) and came across S&S's backstage video .
I haven't watched it in such a long time and it brought tears to my eyes towards the end of it.
It's incredible to notice how, in spite of being the biggest pop star ever, Madonna is still so down to Earth . The way she talks to her crew and dancers , go through all the aspects of her tour , is SUCH a hard worker and , towards the end of the video shows her soft side.
Something we rarely hear of , but it's always there. When she thanks her dancers and team and says "Thank You For Saving Me" you get to see the human being under the Legend and under that wall made of steal she's built to deal with the world in general and to protect herself from all the mean people who love to see huge public figures like her destroyed .
