I really don't think it makes sense to expect anything POP music-related to be released during the jazz album campaign, but Gaga did say that Cheek To Cheek is part of the ARTPOP Era so you never know.
I do know she has a project in store for us soon, but it's not really related to her music career unless she uses a song from ARTPOP to promote the project. I think the project's visuals will serve as a way to entertain and keep the pop lovers busy while this jazz campaign is being executed.
A friend of mine brought this up to me: the Jazz campaign requires minimal creative effort, so basically she can use the time during the jazz campaign to plan for her next pop release.
