It just blows my mind how there is so much reaction to Israel and their 'atrocities' because it is a case of stronger vs. weaker. The real problem is this: before this whole military conflict began, the Muslim on Muslim violence in the Middle East has been at an all time high. In one attack alone, 3000 Palestinians refugees(large percentage were children) were gassed by Syria while 500,000 others were having their land, wealth and lives taken by people of similar faith. All I see here on ATRL and all over the internet are people viciously attacking Israel calling them evil, corrupt and stating that they are committing genocide. Now I do not agree with some of their harsher tactics but it is very interesting how people on this site love to attack Israel but are mysteriously silent when it comes to the bigger atrocities that are occurring in the Middle East between just muslims. Something very similar is happening in the United States. Black on black violence or violence only regarding minorities in cities like Chicago and Los Angeles receive NO MEDIA COVERAGE whatsoever but when a white person kills a black person(Zimmerman), or a black person shoots a white person, the American people go up in arms and state how horrible the present times are. What people fail to see is that there is not just one party to blame for everything that is happening today. It is an accumulation of events that have worked their way up to this point and it all stems from the innate human desire to conquer and control others. Just by looking at the past 2000 years you can tell acquiring peace in this region is not as simple as signing a cease fire. The UN and other global powers need to seriously step in an absolve all the conflicts in this entire region because all it takes is one nuclear weapon to get into the wrong hands or fire to throw the world into chaos.

And I'll make some thoughts on your thoughts and I'll keep it short:
1- so because Palestinians suffer more in another area it is justified what Israel is doing right now to Palestinians?( and ofc what they have been doing since 1948?)
2- what is happening in Syria is a civil war, both sides doing massacres to EVERYONE not just Palestinians, and many feel sorrow and sadness and but who should argue with? Here on ATRL there are people on both sides and they argue each other but there is no people to argue with here, if anything, all what will be done is posting videos and say how awful this is and just that.
3- whats happening here is different from whats happening in the U.S, there there is a government who does little (if not doing anything) to stop that, but here this is between people and their land and
INVADERS whose been doing massacres to the people in DECADES, killing them and taking their land for a long time and expect them to be quiet and do nothing but when they fight back they play the victim and kill more with the world's support. Saying what is happening in America is the same to what is happening here is plain ignorant.
4- All what the UN and most of the worlds countries do is supporting Israel, so when they try to "solve" it they will do what Israel wants, and ofcourse you know what that means.
