I used to stan so hard for Emotions over the debut but recently I realized I was dead wrong.
But in all honesty I stan for Mimi more than Mariah. I would rather have fun Mimi with a sassy attitude and good vocals than bland Mariah with no personality and loads of filler ballads but a flawless voice

Her setlists are so repetitive now that change is drastically needed.
I don't know if Mariah has problems in her relationship with Nick but at this time she is out of the spotlight, I think she is working on this tour. I want to see a lot of ballads, a lot of uptempos and I would like to hear more tracks from the new album too ... Aaaand I wish it would be a dynamic tour!

I've always wondered, what do you think Mariah's contribution to Almost Home was? I don't think she wrote most of those lyrics, because it just doesn't sound like her to me. Do y'all think she pulled a Beyonce and changed a couple lyrics, added some ad libs, and made herself the primary songwriter?
Wow .. u guys r sooooooo sensitive. I love Mariah to death and especially as a singer myself, she's like a mentor and an inspiration aside from the voice I mostly turn to in times of happiness and depression.
But I can't deny that I love Ariana too and I love how I get to see her develop as an artist from her debut album, to 10-20 years from now. Something as a 20 year old, I never got to do with Mariah.
I never said Ariana is better, but I'm mad that Mariah isn't promoting or doing anything beside recording, I want her to prove everyone wrong once again. I know Ariana is not Mariah and probably will never be, but all the comparisons were made for a reason, no other artist has been compared to Mariah this much.
It's ok to discuss other artists who are in Mariahs circle in Mariahs base lol. U certainly don't have to start calling names and being aggressive, it's a discussion and there r gonna be different opinions lol.

Ya sis dw Mariah is my #1 and is leading by far but Ariana is my #2 and I've loved her since Victorious but one major reason why I love her music is because I get the same vibes I get from Mariah which made me love her though she will never come close she's the closest we've got
