It will keep the fight alive and come on, he is a troll + we're in an online forum. It's pointless to offend someone and it's kind of dumb to feel offended and reply back.
Hmmm how long does it take for someone to get back you after sending a help request?
After sending, I usually wait about 24 hours before I ask for an update if I haven't received anything by then. Then if there's no conclusion yet, I wait about another 12-24 hours before I ask again. If still nothing then I'd start hounding (bad advice, I know, mods). But! They usually have something for you by then.
