I'm not sure which fuse is supposed to go to my dash lights because the manual is pretty vague, but I checked all the fuses I could find and none of them are blown out. Plus the other dash lights are still coming on (e.g. the check engine light, the no seatbelt light, etc.), it's just the backlight for the speedometer and the fuel gauge and the engine temp that's not working, so I don't think it's a fuse issue. It looks like there are four different bulbs that act as the backlight, but none of them seem to be burnt out even though it seems like they all went out at once, so am v perplexed.
