It was obvious none of them will get to #1. Who ever thought otherwise is delusional. I find this so called "battle" pretty stupid, but anyway, the one winning it will be the one with the most staying power in the UK chart.

Even that can't really be considered as the releases are part of different cycles e.g. Beyonce and Britney are releasing lead singles from new albums, Christina an extra-cut from a greatest hits and Leona a song which has been widely available online for 7 months to anyone who could be bothered to searcj for it.

Monday released entered top 100 at #35 climed to 15 at 9 pm. Then it climbed to 11 at 3 am from evening downloads. It climb from 11 to 10 from 6am to 12pm Dowloads. Everyone at school/work. I waiting for the 12 pm to 6 pm downloads.

Britney and Beyonce were already Top 5 by this time in their releases.

And hello its easier to climb from #35-#15 because there is not a big difference in pop. bars, however once in the top 10 it takes longer for a song to climb.
