The mods always updates the ban list, tho I think you can just ask the mod if you feel that someone you know was banned or not
They won't tell me but the dupe I reported who made that "who did it better" flop thread last night was 4 other accounts too so ended in five bans I know one of the other four, need to keep my eyes peeled for the others (all Feb 2014 accounts!)
