What is a sell-out show exactly? Rose Bowl first date is sold-out but you can still buy tickets in every section with resale off.
Doesn't matter about having the resale on. Those tickets have already been purchased from the venue/Ticketmaster so to them regardless of who is sitting there its a sale.
