Single sales before digital were never big as now.

There was no point in buying a $2.99-$4.99 single when you could just get the whole album. & the fact physical singles would only be in stores while the single was hot, then taken out and replaced with a new single.

It was probably all around easier to just buy the whole album to have all the singles from the era. And the idea of carrying a CD with only 1 single is dumb.

I think so. 180k would be enough. I'm estimating 1.5M streams + 182k copies + 18M Airplay

I know "Dirt" had better numbers, but the competition was different that week. It was close to debut in Top 10 though. But this week it's easier to get in Top 10

'Break Free' & those 5SOS songs sell around 150k and debuted Top 20. Not to mention 'Dirt' sold around 185k, and debuted #11.

I think anywhere past 200k would be confirmed for T10. Especially since they have a radio deal.

Past 300k would be T5-#1 on lock I'd think.

I figure Bang Bang will have some radio and streaming points, but a #1 debut seems nigh impossible.

Not everyone can be blessed like Taylor and have a single open with over 600k.
