World Star PSY (real name Park Jae Sang, aged 37) is ready to kick off the filming of the music video of his new/comeback song “DADDY.”
Related personnel told Star News in the morning of July 28, “PSY will begin filming the M/V of ‘DADDY’ this week,” and added, “He will travel to different places in Korea to film the video.”
They added, “Since the filming will take place in different locations, the process will take longer than that of other videos. As ‘DADDY’ is a fast-tempo, upbeat song that goes well with summer, the M/V will also carry that theme.”
Thus PSY’s comeback became imminent, as he is onto filming the M/V after completing the lyrics and the melody of “DADDY.” As announced previously, PSY plans to release “DADDY” in the month of August.
PSY’s “DADDY” is building much expectation as it is his first official comeback song since “GENTLEMAN” released April last year.
He unveiled an advance-release song “HANGOVER” in early June this year, but did not promote the song on stage. But with “DADDY,” he will be actively promoting it home and abroad—hence the spotlight pouring over the upcoming song.
Despite not promoting the song “HANGOVER” on stage, PSY successfully attracted 100 million viewers on just his official YouTube channel in one month. It is no wonder all eyes are on the outcome of “DADDY,” as he will be promoting the song actively.
PSY attended the wedding ceremony of the soccer player Park Ji Sung and SBS’s former anchor Kim Min Ji in the evening of July 27 at Seoul Sheraton Grand Walkerhill Hotel, wishing the newly-weds a happy future with other guests like Lee Byung Heon, Park Chan Ho, Park Tae Hwan, Kim Chang Ryul, Park Soh Hyun, Kim Soo Hee, Guus Hiddink, and Patrice Evra.
Hyuna on being "Psy's GF"
4 minute’s HyunA has expressed her thoughts about responses to her appearance in PSY’s mega-hit music video “Gangnam Style.”
HyunA, who has recently made her solo comeback with “Red”, appeared on SBS Power FM’s “2 o’Clock Escape Call to Show” on July 28.
“My international fans think I am PSY’s girlfriend,” she said. “It’s a real honor. I like being called PSY’s girlfriend. It never makes me feel bad.”
She also talked about her current promotional activities for her latest solo EP “A Talk.”
“Even though people think I would be accustomed to it by now, it’s actually quite tiring,” and “When I am promoting together with my group, it’s nice because we can support each other.”
“A Talk” was released on the same day that Hyuna appeared on “2 o’Clock Escape.”
Thats a wrap. Be back with more news at a better time.

Girls' Generation's 'THE BEST' rises to the top of the Oricon Weekly Album Chart
Girls' Generation's first Japanese greatest hits album 'THE BEST' topped the Oricon Weekly Album Chart!
According to the Oricon Chart, 'THE BEST', which was released on the 23rd, sold a total of 75,000 copies, ranking #1 on the Oricon Weekly Album Chart. This marks Girls' Generation's third time topping the Oricon Weekly Album Chart following 'GIRLS' GENERATION' in June 2011 and 'LOVE & PEACE' in December 2013.
With 'THE BEST' at the top of the chart, Girls' Generation have become the first Asian, non-Japanese girl group to achieve such a feat. This doesn't come as a surprise since the album has been maintaining the #1 spot on the Oricon Daily Album Chart for five days.
Congrats to Girls' Generation and SONE!

HyunA 'Red' MV surpasses 1 million views
HyunA is as hot a trend as ever as she dropped her latest comeback MV for "Red" last night and gained over 1 million views on YouTube in less than 19 hours!
I have already said I liked that RV teaser but those girls really do look like they stepped out of SM's cloning factory based on the same model.
I think it's mostly because aside from faces everything about them is pretty much identical for the style; the hair, the socks, the clothing. If you really pay attention to their faces, nothing else, they don't look as similar as you think.
I'm still loving blue serving Nana and green serving Suzy in the teaser above.
It isn't that they all look similar to each other, but that they look similar to existing idols imo. It's really kinda creepy but maybe I'm just doing the most Especially the girl in orange (Seulgi?) who is like the ****ing double of Dara to me. I just can't unsee it. And the one in pink (Irene I think?) is like Taeyeon 2.0
