Name mangling is probably what you got in trouble for. You can use Queen and Lord as long as you don't try to mangle it into an actual name. It's weird but that's how it works. Nicknames are usually either for name mangling, or using an offensive term in conjunction with a popstars name. "floptina" "flopga" and so on. It's confusing but it's better to ask in HQ about these things so someone doesn't go report happy on our examples.
