I work in retail and sometimes when someone comes into the store or calls the store and is asking for an item and is rude about it, the other employees and I walk to the backroom and stand there for a few minutes and talk
and then go back and apologize and say we don't have it when we usually do.
but if I'm working at the registers and a customer is really nice, sometimes I don't scan some of their items on purpose.
Oh and a secret is that the store I work at has this big, black woman who roams the store all day pretending to shop but she's actually looking for shoplifters
but she's so nice to me.
omg wait this actually happened yesterday, this woman called the store and asked for something really rudely so I just hung up.
