Anyway, as always on ATRL things become repetitive so I'll just say that I am the last to person to think that you need to be clothed, modest and de-sexualized.

However if you're going to do it, you're going to need to inject something creative and/or interesting into it. There is a reason the saying "sex sells" exists. It's because sex is the easiest way to get attention since it's so natural for us. Because of that, to have any sort of credibility for taking the easiest route you MUST do something of entertainment value.

That's why Miley is so cringeworthy. It feels like she does it for attention (herself) and not entertainment (her audience). But someone like Rihanna in the sheer dress, while certainly attention seeking, also is very entertaining. There is a beauty to it and a craftsmanship. The audience responds positively because it's not just Rihanna wearing a net so her boobs can be seen, she's wearing something beautiful that shows her boobs.
