I personally thought the merchandise was too expensive. You can actually get your own Gaga/ARTPOP shirts from other places for way less depending on the quality.

I turned down buying the tour T-shirt for that very reason.
The new sublimation shirts are REALLY nice when you see them up close, but they're $65. Unless I was going to wear it more often I would considered it, but its going to sit with all my other concert stuff unfortunately.
The only merchandise that I've seen that I've liked is the tour book and those $65 shirts, but I am not spending that much for a shirt. Do they sell the Artpop vinyl at the merch booth?
