Anyone knows why that blue thing in the back looks really low quality?
The blue part is slightly grainy because it is a solid gradient. A gif can only use a maximum of 256 colors, and for a solid gradient to fade from one color to another actually takes up 20-30 colors by itself. So photoshop chooses 3/4 shades and sticks with those. making it appear grainy.
I hate when people shove a certain artist, celebrity or even regular person down our throats. You can stan for them all you want but it gets somewhat annoying when they're all you talk about, promote or use gifs of. Diversify your tastes, gals.
