I was on Lipstick Alley the other day (that site is so creepy and weird), but they were "spilling tea" on Madonna and other white celebrities who adopt black children and how they use them for their melanin/blood. . I wouldn't go as far as to say something as weird as that, but it's obvious that most of them don't really give a damn about black people and only use them to portray a certain image.

I've always been a big fan of Mark Wahlberg, in fact I know A LOT of black people who love him. I just found out about his past and it baffles me because most people I know don't know about it. How has he managed to keep it so low key over all of these years?

Do you put chemicals in your hair? Like even shampoos with sulfides? I've been transitioning to natural and ever since I quit putting chemicals and heat in my hair it's grown so fast. I use a lot of natural oils like pure coconut and argan oil, use sulfate free shampoo, deep condition and/or hot oil treat once every 2 weeks and my hair has never been as healthy.

Also make sure your diet is rich in protein and other vitamins (mainly Vitamin D).

I need to try Argan oil, in Spain I bought an argan extract shower gel and my skin felt amazing. I really need to fix my diet, but it's hard atm. Basically we had a house fire, and our kitchen burnt down due to the fuse box bursting into flames (it turns out something was wrong with the box itself),and so we're in a hotel, but that means eating out all the time and having ****** food. I'll have to check my shampoos and invest in good hair oils.
