Hmmm. sis. If you're not knowledgeable on how to make a long term research then you have no right to drag her receipts. The published date of this study is 2012 which makes it fairly recent.
There's a reason why wikipedia won't make valid reference in someone's thesis even if those were articles were just an hour old.
This research took a long time to make and guess what. The collection of data may have started in 2007 and ended in 2010 but none of these studies made into CDC without verification, scrutiny and ultimate approval for publication on 2012.
You may have articles suggesing this and that in wikipedia but studies such as this holds more weight.
And besides, even if you google "HIV race" it'll suggest the same things and much more recently than the research in question.
