Do y'all actually think that when she's long gone, let's say 30 years after she died, people will be talking about her lip syncing?
I'm not exactly sure what she will be remembered for, she's done so much, but lip syncing sure isn't going to be one of them.

She's the ICON of lipsyncing. Lipsyncing will most likely still exist 30 years after she dies.

Don't worry, these haters are so transparant. They act like Britney invented lypsync and the only one did it.

For being crazily underrated and taken for granted when she's one of the most exceptional popstar that ever entered the scene and the most unstar-"star" you could find. Britney will be rehabilitated in the future, there's no doubt about it, seeing pop music and celebrity culture's mecanism in the past.
Don't let this revisionist forum fools you, she's still respected and loved by many of the general public and the industry (because they perfectly know the sacrifices it takes to reach the career highs she reached). Lovers are just less vocals than haters since they don't anything to prove as they're happy, level-headed, and don't live vicariously through anyone's "failures" (one's failure is another one's success).

Nope, she occasionally lipsyncs songs that require high belts that can cause vocal problems in the long run, even with her perfect technique. She's here to last.

All pop stars lip sync when performing demanding choreography, it's pop concert 101. A truth hidden in plain sight, except in Britney's case, where it's quite obvious.
Weither, it's playback or pre-recorded, it's always used, and what's funnier (or sadder, it depends) is that the ones acting outraged about it all over the internet, well, let's just say their idol is only second to Britney for how much pre-recording and vocal tricks she used/is using in her career... (My friend even spoke to a person working at one of her concert venue and let's just say, the fraud goes even further than that.).
I won't defend lip syncing ballads because it's not acceptable but I will always point out how impossible it is to dance while perfectly singing (and you know that if you're a singer and how you just can't position your breath when moving a lot)
To conclude, don't forget the best performances in pop music (Janet, Michael, Madonna, Britney) were all lip synced. There's a reason for that. These performances would never have become iconic, if they had been tainted by out of breath, horrible off-keys vocals. It would have ruined the crucial visual aspect...

Bey isn't known for lipsyncing though, she has better things to be remembered by, like being the Queen.
And I think the word you were looking for was unintelligent?

I completely disagree with your last paragraph. Maybe it's because I'm a muscician myself and I'm here for the vocals and the music more than anything else, but if something is obviously lipped, I can't help but just thinking about that...it makes me cringe.
Like when Selena perfomed at that awards show last year, I was just the whole time.

I think what Forum/message board warriors need to realize is no one gives a damn about Britney lip syncing, her album sales, iTunes position. The world loves Britney. She is a reminder of what we had in the late 90's early 2000's. Her music is timeless. She's a legend.

Love is such a strong word. If the world loves Britney they would buy her newest album/single.
Maybe they only kinda like her?
