You don't need to worry about one person's opinion. People can love it or hate it. At least, it's an "okay" song from the worst review so far, so there's no need to assume anything before we can hear the actual music.

I think people in this forum really underestimate Hilary's power. Everyone loves her, more or less, enough to go check her new song on youtube, and I believe most of them will end up buying it. She's bigger than all the Disney stars combined in her peak, and people never forgot her.
With a stable ADULT audience, we just need the younger audience - which we will soon have once new music is out.
