Um, BAB did increase hype as people thought an album was near
LAN increased hype too but when you put out too many features without an album people tend to lose anticipation and focus it more on the features.
For example, after BAB and LAN had she released the album late spring/summer the hype wouldn't have died down with a lukewarm received first single.
So many features is liking getting the milk for free and filling up on milk and cookies instead of getting a couple bites of appetizers and getting prepped the main course

I mean wayne should drop in August. Nicki in September and Wayne again in December but we will see how things play out
