I can't even believe this tbh - We had someone at work today that had friends that were on the plane and this whole thing makes me so angry.

Putin's response was a Joke. Basically saying that it's the ukraines fault because it was in their airpace and their fault because they won't agree to a peaceful end to their conflict with Russia.

We all know who the agressor is in the Ukraine vs Russia issue and the fact is, the plane shot down with advanced weaponry. Something the Ukraine does not have. There needs to be a full scale military operation involving all the free nations to put an end to putin and his anti human rights, fascist regime.

Dutch secretary of Homeland security and justice didn't want to comment on possible political or military actions against the rebels/Russians but said the PM will possibly address that later today, he is not allowed to talk about it

Where did you get this information from?

From what I understood, debris was seen falling from the sky and also the size of the crash site with a radius of 15km indicates pretty clearly that it did not come down in one piece. If that were the case, debris would be much closer together.

I semi knew someone who has tragically died on this plane. A lovely young boy who was 12. He died with his grandfather and teenage sister. The school that I work at is devastated. I only ever worked with him once or twice but I remember the face.

That was an obvious accidental terrorist attack. If the Dutch government does not take swift military actions against the pro Russian separatists, they will have failed as a government.

I don't care if they are on vacation. They MUST get back from their vacation and support the Dutch nation. 173 PEOPLE have died. It could've been prevented and it shouldn't have been done in the first place. This was an ''accidental'' terrorist attack and you best believe I hope they are going to do something about it.

Judging by the video, the plane free-fell with one of the wings burning, which is where it was probably hit.

Therefore, most, if not all, the people on the plane unfortunately died when they hit the ground.

Experrs on Dutch news explained that it didn't hit the plane directly, they said these missiles explode in the air and the debris takes out the planes and they most likely didn't die until they hit the ground, only the wing was on fire judging by clips online
