Kylie Minogue on The Oprah Winfrey Show
Kylie Minogue sat down for 50 minutes on The Oprah Winfrey Show to discuss her life, her fame and her past medical conditions.
Oprah and Kylie both traveled to Australia to film this special episode, and more than ever, Minogue enjoyed her return to Australia.
"How difficult that was-I mean for any woman it's difficult but for you, how did you navigate through it?" Oprah asked Kylie about her struggle with cancer, "Oh boy, how did I do that? um, someone had said to me at that time, ' Be a little bit selfish' it's not in my nature to be selfish but now is that time to do that, let people take care of you. And um.. [long pause] that's what I did [Kylie breaks down]" Kylie tells Oprah while she's crying, "I know I have strength, but when you're fighting something where there's a lot of unknown, it's a mixture and mixture of emotions and memories," Kylie adds.
"You were 37 and you had no way of knowing you'd ever make 40, how did you live that phase? did you have faith?" Oprah asked Minogue, but the interview got cut because of how emotional Kylie was during that time.
The interview got back on and it showed Kylie in a calm state, saying "It is years until you really get all things clear, and by the time my hair started growing back it was like a miracle."
Kylie also visited a hospital where she met patients fighting cancer, she hugged them, danced with them, signed autographs of her Distant Days album for them.
Kylie also took Oprah backstage of her new tour 'Distant Days World Tour' and talked about her new album, "I keep saying that it's different from anything I've done because I'm such a happy person and I always want to celebrate life but this album in specific is not about things like that, it's very experimental and distinct."
Minogue announced to tour the world a few days ago, the next chapter in the incredible story of Kylie Minogue.

KIA COMMERCIAL
The car company, Kia, has released two new commercials last night featuring two different versions of "Lemonade". One being the original featuring Tyga, the other being the Ratchet Remix featuring Céline Dion. Both commercials premiered during the new episode of Pretty Little Liars that Danity Kane appeared in last night, making sure "Lemonade" is promoted into full-blast this week since it will be the last week that the song is promoted into full-gear and top priority, since the new single "Rage" will be released on Sunday along with their comeback EP 'DK3'. In the first commercial, using the original “Lemonade” track, they used a yellow Kia Soul car as the center of the commercial. While “Lemonade” plays in the background, the hamsters get out of the gym with their towels and all that **** people bring to a gym to look so rad. Then, they strut to their yellow Kia Soul and get it started. They start driving, as the car screen advertises “Lemonade” by putting the single cover and info on the screen, which is shown for a good second and a half in the commercial. The car then stops at a lemonade stand, where Danity Kane is working the shift. A hamster sticks up three fingers and Aubrey says, “Coming right up!” and gives them three glasses of lemonade. As the hamster drinks it, the volume of “Lemonade” turns up and the three hamsters are dancing with Danity Kane to the song. For the Céline Dion Ratchet Remix, the hamsters are cursing around the New York city at night and as they’re on the Brooklyn Bridge, they drive the car off the bridge. Right before it hits the water, the car screen playing the Céline Dion remix is shown. Right when the car hits the water, fireworks start popping right by the waters. Right after the two commercials premiered, Kia locked in a huge deal with ClearChannel to put the commercial into power rotation. This will make sure that the Kia commercial is played at least 100 times a day between these big networks: CBS, NBC, FOX, ABC, USA, TNT, FX, CNN, E!, ABC Family and MTV. This will guarantee that the commercial will be viewed almost sixty million times a day on television, huge for “Lemonade”, Danity Kane and Céline Dion.

Kylie Minogue performs at Glastonbury Festival
Kylie Minogue returned to England this week to perform at the Glastonbury Festival, the largest green field open-air music and performing arts event in the world.
With an estimated attendance of 177,000 people per day, Minogue took the Pyramid Stage at night to perform a string of her biggest hits including some of her new tracks from her new album "Distant Days," which was released a few days ago.
After Calvin Harris opened the show, Minogue, simply wearing a Marilyn Monroe t-shirt and short jeans with pockets hanging from under them, began her show performing "Circles" that debuted #5 on the CAL Hot 100, selling 337,000. The performance featured balloons and hula-hoops everywhere handed to the audience, she danced throughout the song and added new ad-libs where she hit the impressive C#7 note during the performance which shocked the audience and the critics, she later sang Sleeping With the Enemy, a deluxe track from her twelfth studio album, "Kiss Me Once," that's when the audience held glowing sticks and waved them along the beautiful haunting melodies of Sleeping With the Enemy.
"How are you guys feeling?" Minogue asked her audience before they scream loud, she then performed "Vertigo," a heavy-bass mid-tempo track from Distant Days, backup dancers joined the stage during this intense performance, doing an energetic type of choreography. Later, she sang her 2002 dance-pop hit single "In Your Eyes," which featured a lot of house and disco styles of music. In the original first verse of the song, her vocals span and range from F#m-D-D-C#-Bm, but at the performance she did the background vocals melody instead of the lead at some parts of the verse, ranging from D#m to Bm. Joining the disco-theme of this part of the show, the back-up dancers left Kylie alone in the stage and she sang her five-million selling smash hit "Can't Get You Out of My Head" where all the audience sang along the famous "La-la-la" hook and the lyrics.
Minogue then sang On Time, an uptempo bubblegum and electropop song from her new album, the song features an electro beat and elements of trance and Eurodance, the song slows down for the pre-chorus part of the song singing a very catchy tune leading up to the main chorus where she sings a similar melody to the pre-chorus. The live version of the song introduced a hard-hitting bass breakdown that we never heard that made the audience jump on their feet, fans also speculate that it will be included in the tour version too.
Kylie sang "Burn" next, her second single from her new album, which had Kylie sitting down on a chair for the emotional performance, she cried while singing the song at the middle which made the audience cheer for her, at the end of the performance she thanked the audience and said "I've been doing this for nearly thirty years and I've never got bored of it because of people like you guys, you make me love this more than ever and you will always stay right here [points to her heart], in my heart."
At the end of the show she said "You guys want an encore?" and finally sang her 2012 hit "Timebomb" which echoed its way to the streets.
The festival made all of Kylie's 13 albums enter the top 50 chart on UK iTunes, including Distant Days which hasn't left it's number one spot since the release a few days ago.

Rihanna & Britney perform “Touchin’Me” on Echo awards.
Today Rihanna & Britney flew to Germany to perform on a german awards how “Echo Awards” it’s an awards show where german artists are awarded for their music. Also some international artists get awards there. Rihanna and Britney were the biggest names of the night, other names included G.R.L, Psy and Shakira. The girls performed their new single “Touchin’ Me” for german people and audience in awards show. The performance involved a lot of lights, dancers and a lot of fire effects. The people really liked both girls, they also got a special award because they were just there, and perfomed for them. Brit and Rih took the award and thanked, they speaked in English, but their speech was heard german. Also they said

The performance was very effectful and fun. The performance started with Rihanna coming on stage. She was wearing a sexy black jacket, and ripped jeans. She looked incredible, and actually like alegit pop star, she was giving queen Madonna a run for her money. Germany was very impressed there was a huge brick wall behind her, and she was leaning on it and singing her’s and Britney’s song, she looked like a true pop star from 90’s, it was just amazing.
Britney then came on stage wearing a white ripped top, and black jeans with lots of brushes. She looked really exotic and cool. Britney came next to the wall, and started singing her part, she touched Rih’s face, and sang to her. Then suddenly beat dropped, and stage started moving. Rih and Brit took sludge hammers and destroyed the wall, when they destroyed the wall behind it there was a huge amount of fire, it was literally burning hot. Lots of dancers topless ran on stage, and started doing choreo, it was seriously hot and tense. They literally were sweating but they still didn’t stop, they kept performing and they were just slaying.
Stage got dark, there was nothing. Rih and Brit were gone, everybody staretd clapping, but then firework shot in the sky, and Rihanna and Brit were seen on a poles, they were doing hot moves, like Demi Moore in the movie “Striptease” they were not wearing gold bra’s and gold strings, their ass cheek were seen, and people were getting it, guys started throwing money on stage, but they didn’t took it, of course. Then Rih clicked the remote, and lots of money (fake) started raining on stage, Brit and Rih got away from poles, and crawled in the center of the stage, they started throwing money in air, Rih & Brit put money in their bra’s and looked like a true sex goddesses. Then Rih and Brit stood up, and went to crowd, they danced with crowd, one guy even put money in Rih’s bra (cute) Then girls got back to stage, and there were two chairs on stage waiting for them. They took the chair, and started doing hot mvoes on them like Brit in “Stronger” video it was so hot, and fabulous, that people were even trying to touch them. One guy crawled into stage, but security dropped him back into the crowd.
The performance ended with Rihanna and Britney laying in the center of stage, all sweaty and tired. They hands touched each other and they raised them in the air. Then they stood up, and lots of flowers were thrown to them from crowd, one guy even threw his underwear (yes he took them off during their performance, slayage)
Rih & Brit were praised by German public and critics for this performance, they were called the performances of our generation, and were even called new queen of music world, there were a lot of more different comments but still we are telling the most important, we are also impressed by this. Who knew there girls can serve such sex anthem, such sexy moves, and even pull Demi Moore’s movie, but we are talking about Rihanna and Britney is there anything they can’t do, we don’t think so.
So buy “Touchin’ Me” on itunes now, also buy Britney’s new album “American Dream” on itunes, both single and album are currently #1 in German iTunes, and a lot of other countries. Also buy Rihanna’s album “Sex Diary” if it’s not too much problem, Rihanna would be happy. Rihanna & Britney are also set to do even more things this week, so keep your eyes open.
