I LOVE DB/DBZ and rewatched the series many times....but the movies are...
They're all way too similar, I haven't even bothered to watch the one with the purple bunny villain yet.

Oh well, new DBZ is always good nonetheless.

S1 covered chapters 1-34 in 25 episodes. There are a only 25 chapters remaining that aren't animated. If 25 episodes were released this year, the anime would run out of material to animate before the 20th episode. Then you'd have to wait even longer for the next season.

Ah I see. I'm not strong on where the anime matches up with the manga chapters. I didn't realise S1 had already covered that much.

The one part about the Chimera Ant arc I really dislike is how, in the second half, it feels like narrating EVERYTHING, even the stuff is just common sense, and it just drags it on the run time for so long.

episode 20 i wanna see who the traitor is . Anyway so AOT also deals with a corrupt authority...lately it seems that every fantasy anime i watch deals with this theme (One piece, Code Geass, Fullemtal Alchemist, D. Gray Man, Naruto, Claymore etc...) .hmmm Its a theme i enjoy to watch, but it starts to become really repetitive...

EDIT; actually i have an idea who she might be and i think i will be right... let me watch the next episode and see if they reveal it...

Well the ones u mentioned are so different to each other so its hard to pin point what u like...

my top suggestions would be

Code Geass- in a way is similar to death note
Claymore - it has blood and gore battles like AOT...
Berserk - ^^
One Piece (The best manga/anime)
