Pictures are allowed, I heard that standing at the peak of the Triangle (Behind her B-Stage/where she performs acoustically) is the best spot to stand, but I didn't have Reflection Section tickets though so I can't confirm. Your backpack will probably be searched and anything you can throw (bottles of liquids) be taken off you, I guess. That's what happened to me at Marina & the Diamonds.
