I do not like Kirby's new final smash. It's really just a flashier version of Link and Toon Link's. The Brawl one had more character.
But yeah, final smashes are lacking so far and I definitely agree on Villager's and Rosalina's looking weak. Though, in some videos, I've seen Villager's KOing people though, so maybe there's some quirk to it. Rosalina's is useless though, which is disappointing as I really like both of those characters.

DK's has been improved a bit, yes, but the range is still awful. He can press the button to execute the final smash when he is right next to you, but by the time he actually pulls out his drums, you can be half the stage away. It's useless.
I love Kirby's new final smash. At this time, it fits him more than the slash fits Link or TL. It only makes sense for Kirby to have this. TL and Link (shouldn't even have the same FS as each other) can have other final smashes that work well for them.
It's a joke.
I just still want there to be an element of surprise and hidden characters regarding the roster.
